C Residence, situated on a relatively small 5,751 square foot lot in Los Angeles, masterfully utilizes space with a built area of 4,200 square feet. Designed by Joon Kim, the residence adopts a 'C'-shaped layout that wraps around a central courtyard, featuring a pool and waterfall. This design strategy creates a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living, reminiscent of a resort setting, where the boundaries between inside and outside are intentionally blurred. The inclusion of a rooftop deck further enhances the living experience, offering residents a place to enjoy the California coastline views and the refreshing breeze.
